General Manager - Quick Service Restaurant
We're not a franchise. We're a veteran, minority, and family-owned company with deep roots in North Carolina — partners with the Hurricanes, Durham Bulls, UNC, Duke, and NC State. Every plate we serve is made with all-natural ingredients, free of added hormones and FDA allergens. Our Pollo a la Brasa — marinated and slow-roasted over wood charcoal — has been called the best chicken in the Triangle. Now we're taking that reputation to Greensboro, and we want a leader who'll make it happen.
This isn't a caretaker role. You're not inheriting a mature store. You're opening one. That means building a team from scratch, establishing your culture, and setting the standard for everything that follows.

OUR VALUES
These aren't wall posters — they're how we make decisions every day. If you've spent your career cutting corners or treating people as headcount, this isn't your place. If you lead by example, communicate clearly, and genuinely care about the people you serve and the people you manage, let's talk.
