Your food and beverage experience translates directly, and you'll gain exposure to the full hotel operation — restaurant, banquets, catering, and special events — under the mentorship of an experienced Director of Food & Beverage.
The Service Manager – Food & Beverage is responsible for managing the daily operations of food and beverage service while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong operational execution, and adherence to safety standards. This role works across all of the property's F&B concepts, including the restaurant and all catering, banquet, and special event venues.
You'll collaborate closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and hotel leadership to drive results — growing revenue, controlling costs, elevating guest and associate satisfaction, and upholding product and service quality.
The right person brings hands-on food and beverage service experience, comfort with operational systems, and a genuine passion for developing people. You'll be a leader who inspires, motivates, and supports your team — with high standards for the guest experience and real ownership and pride in your work.
